[00] — LEGAL & ENGAGEMENT FRAMEWORK

Terms of Service.

LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 2026 // VERSION 1.1

1. Scope of Services

These terms govern freelance web development, security audits, technical consulting, and penetration testing engagements provided by Prashanth Vishwakarma. By retaining my services or engaging through this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Rules of Engagement for Security & Penetration Testing

In strict adherence to ethical hacking standards (eJPT code of ethics):

  • Explicit Authorization Required: Security assessments, automated scanning, and manual penetration tests are performed ONLY against systems, applications, and domains explicitly owned by the client or where direct written authorization has been granted.
  • No Unsolicited Exploitation: I do not engage in unauthorized vulnerability probing, extortion, or black-hat activities.
  • Responsible Disclosure: Any discovered vulnerabilities or Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs) are delivered confidentially to the client in structured remediation reports.

3. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon full settlement of project invoices, the client receives full ownership rights to custom source code, assets, and documentation created specifically for their project, excluding open-source dependencies and standard proprietary tooling.

4. Limitation of Liability

While all web applications are built to modern security best practices and security audits are performed with professional diligence, no system is entirely impenetrable. Penetration testing identifies vulnerabilities present at the time of testing and does not constitute an absolute guarantee against future zero-day exploits.
