1. Security & Privacy Philosophy

As a penetration tester and web developer, privacy and security are first-class principles. This portfolio is designed to operate on minimal data collection. There are no tracking scripts, third-party ad trackers, or invasive analytics embedded into this website.

2. Information Collected via Contact Form

When you choose to contact me through the contact form, the following details are submitted:

• Name: Used solely to address you in communications.
• Email Address: Used to reply to your inquiry.
• Message: The project details or security inquiry you provide.

Form submissions are routed through Resend, a SOC 2-compliant email delivery infrastructure, directly to my secure inbox.

3. Rate Limiting & Abuse Prevention

To protect the contact endpoint from spam and automated denial-of-service attempts, client IP addresses are temporarily processed in-memory solely for rate-limiting calculation (e.g. 5 requests per minute window). IP addresses are not stored in persistent databases.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

This site does not use tracking cookies. Standard session identifiers or temporary browser cache may be utilized by hosting infrastructure (Vercel) for performance optimization and CDN caching.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
